Minnesota had been talking about passing a law that if you take a photo of someone (no mention of altitude) without their permission, it would be a felony.

Yeah crack pot places try to pass crap laws that get struck down federally all the time. That notion is nonsense. If they don't want their face on camera they should talk to Michael Jackson's kids for tips.

Some people automatically assume you want their ugly mug on your expensive flying camera. A tad presumptuous I think...
