4th LED never lights on the controller

when I charge the controller, the 4th (to the right) LED never lights

does that indicate
1) nothing
2) defective controller

Try charging it via USB cable plugged into computer instead of charger. It takes a little longer to charge but it worked with mine. Mine would never charge over 3 lights with the charger but plugged into the computer, it charges to 4.

Charging LiPo through USB! Never heard of...


It appears that there is some issue with the led display circuit and it's logic gets resolved when you connect USB to your computer which injects 5V to the circuit.

I think in due time I will return to dji; seems if there is a 4th LED it ought to light up and I wonder if battery fully charges
