3 blade props can they be used and any benefit with them

Seen some three blade carbon props on Ali express they say they are for phantom 3 etc not sure if they are any good etc any thoughts from out there on them

Stick with DJI props. They were designed for the Phantom, tested by DJI, and known to work well.

If you could improve the performance by slapping on some cheap 3-blade props, DJI propulsion engineers would have done it for you.

I watched several props testing videos on youtube and only difference I noticed is flight time. Battery last longer with stock props on, than double or triple carbon props.

Some third party props will also cause the Phantom to fly erratically and/or crash. It's not worth the risk after paying that much for a Phantom.
