What is 2.4-- never heard of it with regard to recording-- were you meaning to say 2.7K?

Your tv doesn't support video higher than 1080p over the usb/card slot.

If the TV does support higher resolutions than HD (check the manual), it probably requires a HDMI V2 standard cable and input device to support video streams greater than HD.
