flight log

I have the flight log of the drone where I can get the height at the instant of time I want. Also, I have the length and width information in pixels of the frame. How can I calculate the length and width in meters?

My Phantom 4 Pro Obsidian just fell out of the sky at 270' with no warning. Is there anyone that can help me understnad why? I was flying in a park with about 3 mph winds or less and it just lost connection and fell. Thanks in advance!

Hi guys, Yannie here from the Mavic forums. I have a dilemma and I'm hoping for your expertise. For P4s, will rolling back my firmware erase the DAT files stored within the drone? Does flashing the firmware preserve these flight logs or erase them? Thank you, Yannie
