They a brand new, but not in their original package. I used the ND4 filter once, I have not used the other two. They kit includes ND4, ND8, and Polarizer filter. The filters are in the little bags that came with the kit. The strings that came with filters are also included. $50 shipped.

I know there are already a few filter sets being produced for the P3 but there hasn't been a definitive set that helps still photographers as well as cinematographers. Please take a look at this one and comment so our friend @Rainbowers can be motivated to produce these...
