Why you wait an entire year to fly and use a battery? lipo's batteries are very sensitive if it's not in use for a long time. They get damage easily. It's healthy to use it at least each battery every two to three months.

I am just talking about the Evo competing with the mavic... Yes the mavic pro 2 of course is better but the camera on the Evo is amazing. Second, the support that Autel offer is just fenomenal. I got a fly away on my Evo and they sent me a refurbished drone without any care refresh program...

Autel is next in making a good competition to the mavic products and their customer service is light years ahead of DJI.

I am glad that I never spend any money in the care refresh program and I certainly will never spend my hard earned money in another DJI drone. I have a spark, mavic pro platinum and an Evo. I love more the Autel Evo. But I also use the mavic and the spark. I am not going to buy any more drones...

I know that this is the phantom forum but want to let you guys that meta4 is 100% correct. Stay away from big container ships. I lost an Autel Evo when I was filming one. The ship was on the middle of the river, parked and not moving. So went a little closer, I would say around 10 to 15 meters...

There are many possibilities in the design arena... Maybe a waterproof design approach, carbon fiber material... Etc

It is time for a new phantom aircraft with a new style of design... Not the same type of design since the phantom 1.

It's make sense... I am guessing that future enterprise class drones will get smaller and powerful. The Mavic 2 enterprise is the beginning of that path.

The phantom 5 will need to come in different colors or design. If they come up with the same design and just a better camera... Then they can keep it. Phantoms are not excited anymore... Same lame design, nothing innovative.

The only thing I get scare flying far away is from big birds attack on my aircraft. Where I usually fly there are Hawks and they don't hesitate into an attack if they have a nest nearby.

Make sure the aircraft is using the latest firmware and obviously need an internet connection to activate.
