I am trying to upload a new MPEG-4 movie on to YouTube but it keeps saving it in SD (**** definition), not had this problem before and not changed any of my export settings in Premier. Any ideas please?

How long did you wait, it can take an hour or so for the HD versions to convert at busy times.
If it's the Castle one it's available at 1080p here.

I think there is a problem where sometimes you upload a video and can only view it in low res until you log out of YouTube and log back in again. Other people can view it in HD straight away.
