Yaw control sometimes goes opposite direction

Does anyone ever have an issue where they are flying and they try and pan left slightly and the drone yaws right instead? Just a little bit and then it starts yawing left?

Sometimes when I'm flying and I try and do a really gradual pan, The drone rotates in the wrong direction. It has always done this, Is my Phantom 4 faulty or is this something that happens to everyone?

I would calibrate the controller.

This has happened to me, but only when descending. The yaw will be opposite to the stick input for a moment. It's never occurred when I'm climbing or in level flight.

I've seen a few posts from others who are experiencing this during decent.
