Would You Buy an Inspire?

Ok I know this is the P3P forum but I was just wondering
IF (one could be found)
Would you pull the trigger on a used DJI Inspire?

Factor the following
1. Minutes of flight-- total distance
2. Crashes, hard landings
3. External appearance
4. Firmware updates
5. Review of flight logs
6. Age of seller
7. Extras (Batteries, filters, backpacks)

All these would factor into the price I would be willing to pay.

I'm not sure I would trust a used Inspire... I am SURE there are good used ones out there... but for the investment I would feel better getting a brand new one with a warranty. Jeff48920's list is great... just wouldn't be for me.

I was going to buy one but glad I didn't as the p3p is enough for me and with the new firmware the main advantage is the camera control. But if you fly yourself then there is no real benefit. I'm not filming professionally so unless that was what I wanted them the p3p is amazing value. I would rather crash a p3p than an inspire. Plus they will update the inspire to have a separate camera for fpv and probably avoidance technology. Technology is moving so fast there will be a better one soon[emoji24]

If the inspire legs folded in all the way for easy travel, maybe I would be tempted. But its just too big.

The other issue is cost. 4 props with zero redundancy or safety features. Too much risk unless insured.

I'm probably wrong but I think it would be hard to fly a drone when the camera is pointing in a different direction than forward.

The Inspire is impressive but is too big and heavy and not portable enough for me.

No because the Phantom 3 has the best feature for me which is the portability.
