So I pulled these wires out if an old laptop. Is there anyway to turn these into a dipole antenna for the AC?

Cheers for learning/scrounging.. Read on db antenna values and what dji uses. You'll learn how these things work and what you can do to improve it.
 
If you're not tinkering, you're not learning. Haha. So could I use the inerds of an old wifi router antenna?

You'd need to know the db value of them. Then the connector must match whatever you plug it into.
