Why the heck does my P3A do this

Kinda getting sick of the pauses with live Facebook video. I have video casch turned off, even set the camera at 720p to help it stream better to Facebook but still giving me problems. Tried 3 different phones (powerful ones) and still same situation. Is this an Android problem.

You should do an internet speed test at the flight site through your phone, so you can determine your max upload speed. Different times of day can limit the upload speed in certain high traffic areas depending on the loading of the cell tower you're using. Try downloading the OOKLA speedtest from the play store, I use that all the time, works good. When I Google, it says you'll need about 5mbps to have a clean uplink to Facebook at 720 resolution.

Does it do the same thing with YouTube?

FYI you would only be sending 720p since that's what gets sent to the RC as live video no matter what the record mode. Only the SD card gets the higher quality videos.
