Why no video?

Why do only still shots show up on my DJI Go4 app but no video footage?
After removing the memory card from my P4 and inserting it into a reader, I discovered that the video & stills were recorded and saved on the card but doesn't appear on the app.
Am I doing something wrong?

Mine was doing the same thing. I found out that tI was shooting in 4K and trying to watch the video on an older laptop that did not have the computing power to process the video. I dropped down to 1K, 1080 and something, and the videos were fine. I later switched to my desktop computer and am now shooting in 4K and watching beautiful video on my faster desktop!

Do you have video caching enabled in Go (under General Settings)?

Cache during video shooting is ON, Maximum Video Cache Capacity is 2GB, Clear Cache Automatically is OFF, Record Audio With Video Cache ON.
