White Omni Antenna From Maxxuav

Has anyone used the white omni antenna from maxxuav ?

I cannot get this antenna to aim the broad side outward towards the drone. The way this antenna "folds" aims the skinny edge out (towards the drone) Just wondering if the skinny edge is the way to go for this antenna? Thanks !!!

I have those, they are not made for use on our remotes. They are made for wireless routers. They will not rotate to face forward. Also I took mine apart, the internals are crap. The stock antenna is 1000 times better.
PS. You can get these on EBay for $5.
