Which Rubber Dampeners To Use That Come With H3-3D

There's not much for documentation or instruction coming with the H3-3D.

What is the difference between the rubber dampeners that come with the H3-3D? They are labeled 40°, A40°,and 50°

There is a post that details the differences between the white, grey & black dampers. I believe the best setup was using different ones front to back but can't remember exactly.

I personally use the white ones as standard and am very happy with them. They're by far the easiest when attaching to the gimbal as they have a bit of strength to them as opposed to the other two.
