What will the Phantom 2 do if...

I was thinking about what the Phantom 2 will do if the Phantom has no GPS and is out of range of the remote control.

Will it land automaticcaly?

Yes right below where it is or wherever the wind takes it in the meanwhile during the descent.

Well I tried to make video of 4th of July fireworks and so it was night and cloudy (I know better now) it did have 8 satellites before I started to fly but up in the air it just started to drift and flew away
