Currently I have a circular polarising filter on my GoPro which is filter factor of 3-4, but it doesn't reduce the amount of light enough to reduce the jello effect from the rolling shutter in bright sunlight.
I'm looking to get a 37mm ND filter but unsure of what factor is the optimum.
Is a 8 factor to much?
Any experienced opinions out there?
