My personal experience and from what I have seen many times here is that Healthy Drones seems to often show cell 1 as red even when the Go app shows balance across all cells. My advice is to use Healthy Drones only as one data point when making your educated decision based on all data points.
I agree with @tcope . Based on what you described, if it were me I would charge it again and fly tentatively and low with that battery. Especially since it's new with not even a single full cycle yet. My guess is that after a cycle or two you will see that you don't have any issue.

Battery is fine. I've noticed healthy drones battery info is not very accurate. I study my batteries after every flight on healthy drones and I have learned not to put much stock into that section . But definitely keep an eye on it .
