I am sure some people will complain about the "during daylight" part but I think this would be amazing. Not only would this make it easier for people to be in compliance with the drone laws if they want to make a buck on the side, but it would in my opinion make the national airspace much safer by setting the rules based on what it takes to operate a light UAS as opposed to regulating this like we are flying a private airplane weighing hundreds of pounds, or a commercial drone weighing nearly 55lbs like amazon is developing.
