My P3A is in the shop for repairs so I broke out the P3S to fly on such a nice day. I now know why I love the P3A so much. When I first start out I had a good strong single and no problems. Climbed up to 394 feet and headed out to see how far I could get. Wow, it got out over 4000 feet, which is very good for my area. Of corse I can get the P3A a lot feather but was happy with that. Then I get a weak single and lost connection. Not too surprising as I was out over the limit of 1/2 mile. So I bring it back and land without a issue. On the ground 5 feet away and still getting a weak single! I live out in the country with little wifi interference. So why can I fly so far and then have so much trouble at the end of the flight? Can't wait for the P3A to come home.
