washer/spacer for motor

Hello, after a small crash in a tree, i found out one of the motors was missing the e-clips and washer.
Found the clip, but no washer. now i found a possible replace washer here.
I dont know if it's the right size, so any good information is welcome.

That washer is1mm high by 2mm in diameter and not likely to find a replacement.
