The DJI Air 2s Flymore Combo with RC Pro Remote Controller bundle the remote is incompatible with Mavic 3. Confirmed with BHphoto rep, DJI, and a friend's Mavic 3. Very unethical from DJI advertising "Air 2S flymore combo with RC PRO remote controller $749 off". False advertisment. You're not getting a "RC Pro Remote Controller". A neighbor bought a combo and returned it

It is compatible, but you have to load the firmware version for the M3 first.

To use it with the Air2S again, install that firmware.
