So I went ahead and downloaded the app. Weather permitting I plan on doing a test tommorrow.

So on my first test i was averaging about 300 ft more distance than i was without the app. I am hoping i can get out to a empty field later in the week and do a little bit better testing.

With a stock Vision I went from having roughly a 1200 ft to 2000 with perfect line of sight using this app. Been doing antenna upgrades and I'm just 400 ft short of a mile :twisted:

Without the app I am only getting about 650 ft before I lose signal. That being said I am getting this distance in my neighborhood which I know has a lot of WiFi traffic. I don't know how much that affects range but I hope it is playing big part of why I am only getting that much distance.

I've just Bought this app, hope it gives me better range. I'll test this within the next week, weathers going to be crap in the UK over the next couple of days
