Vision+ App and ISO

If I adjust my ISO setting to 400, does that also effect the video? or does the ISO setting only effect photos?

both.
the only setting that isn't affected is the fps and narrow and wide settings.
the camera will always take full wide framed stills no matter the narrow or wide setting.
