Videos not showings

Used to go to Dji app and pull up all my videos, now I have to be connected with the controller and the drone, what did I do wrong?

There is a setting in the Go app labled "cache locally when recording".
It's under the "General Settings"
See if that's turned on. I believe it has to be on for low resolution video to be stored on your device.
