It depends entirely on where you are uploading to. There is no overall fixed limit. Uploading terabyte sized files may take a day or more but will work.

On this subject. Which is best for the forum:
1. Uploading the actual video files?, or
2. Posting links to YouTube videos?

I am not an expert here, as I don't try to upload directly to the forum. I don't think that that works. What is supposed to work is uploading to YouTube, and supplying the link to the forum.
