Phantom 3 pro upgrade from standard.when I played my video back it was all jerkey any help thanks

On what device are you playing the video? Phone, computer, tablet, TV?
Did you record in 4K? Does the playback device have the processing power to handle 4K?

I played it through my computer and the drone it's self recorded in 4k thanks
