Video Editing Questions/Tips

Thought I would start a thread on video editing where people can post their questions as well as tips.

Few questions I have:

What program does everyone use? I use Adobe Premiere CC

What settings do you use to export 4k video? Here is a clip on youtube of someone recommending their settings. Do you guys agree?

Any general post production tips are welcome
