Hey guys, just wanted to ask if it is normal for the phantom to vibrate right after you connect the battery. Just started happening, it's almost like a phone vibration and lasts for 3-4 seconds. Thanks

Since I only own one phantom I can't say what normal is. Mine does does a slight motor twitch but is a split second thing.
The vibration could be coming from the gimbal initializing at power up. I don't have the H3-2D so I can't say if that's expected behavior for that one, but you can check by just lightly touching its mount during that period when the vibrations are happening to see if that's the source. I don't know of anything else on the Phantom that would cause vibrating like that.
