Upgrade Camera with OSMO+ ?

I really, really need a zoom lens for stills, but lack the big bucks for commercial DJI rigs.

Is it possible to replace the stock pro gimbal and camera with the X3 gimbal and camera from an OSMO+
and make it respond in a reasonable manner to DJI GO or litchee, etc?

Anyone done it?

There have been many discussions here about changing cameras (or adding) on the P4P and the consensus is basically no. You could strap on a second camera (if it's light enough) but you'd have zero control from the ground so you wouldn't have optical zoom capability. One of the new Mavics has optical zoom if that's critical for your needs and the Inspires are too much $$.
