updating to a v3 controller

how does the v3 controller handle diffent to the pld one

It handles the same. There are a few extra features though:

- Tilt wheel in top, left corner to tilt the camera up and down.
- The left stick will stay locked in the down position to help with landing.

Also, there is a built in LiPo battery.
