Well I would be thinking that in the Israeli case, and also with DJI chiming in, the operator may be in for some grief, if only to make an example out of him.
The link in the article relating to the alleged drone strike on a small aircraft coming into land in SA appears to be a case of presumed guilt as the authorities are unable to determine what struck the plane, there was no confirmed sighting by the pilot, no wreckage found on the runway, so it must be a drone......
