Unable to downloading film / video content

Hi ladies and gents, maybe something I’m missing. I’m unable to download video content from my micro SD card, to my iPhone via a dedicated lead. I’ve had no problems in the past but more or less over night this has happened. There is a red [emoji779]️ mark when I’ve tried to download. Any idea or something I’ve pushed on my P4P+ controller? I’m able to view on the controller but I’ve been scratching my head for a few days because of this downloading fault.
Please help if you can guys. Thanks in advance
