Trouble with mavic air globe

After a globe pano is recorded with the mavic air I go to pictures, find the icon for the image, click on it . It shows the globe or round image ok. Then I hit download which sends it to my Samsung 7 edge. It gets there but not as round but as a flattened image. I can't figure what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help.
