I shipped my P4P home from Thailand in September and it arrived here this morning and the box isn’t damaged any but something happened because the first time I tried starting it up the camera repeatedly moves up & down only about 1/4” every 4-5 seconds and just keeps doing it,the front dial that raises and lowers the camera doesn’t work ,so I’m guessing it suffered damaged in a drop somewhere along its trip but I’d like to know if the drone has a factory reset that I could try,if not it’s headed to DDS first thing Monday morning….
Edit: the moving has stopped but none of the gimbal controls work,the dial or the c1 button that makes the camera point straight down doesn’t work,i calibrated the camera which was completed 100% but the gimbal never moved which I believe it does during a calibration but I’m not certain….
