Would it be possible to transfer ALL electronics onto a none Vision frame to build a racing quad I lost my job and just cannot afford frame and electronics and im looking to get some form of head monitor 2.4g of course

Yes it is possible.
The shell is analogous to an exoskeleton. Placing it on a [racing] frame would be like an endoskeleton, No???
You'll need to develop ways and fixtures for mounting each component and make some compromises I'm sure.
But... the biggest problem is... you're still tied to the (****) 'intelligent' batteries.
