Not true. I reach 43 on a regular basis on a calm day and that is going in both directions by the way. In ATTI mode it is even faster even according to DJI since it doesn't have to adjust for the GPS. If yours only goes 35 max there is a problem with it. With carbon fiber props a few miles per hour more can be squeezed out.

I wouldn't want to fly my bird in that kind of wind. I would definitely fly into the wind so that I would be able to get it back.

Sunday I hit a max of 48.9 into a slight headwind. Then I lost signal and the drone had to find its way back to me.

Flew my bird on Saturday. Went 4200 feet out before losing my signal and that was through trees with no extender. I was flying into a head wind and my top speed registered about 36 to 38. Not the same speed as I was able to get last week. Was going about 43 on the way back but there was a slight tail wind.

That's 47 mph for us in the US. Makes total sense if you had only a 10mph tail wind.

They are capable of faster speeds then advertised. I have hit 56 mph before and over 39 on the way back so it isn't just a tail wind.

I hit 55 mph on my outbound leg and 50 mph on my return. Not sure why, most of my flights top out at around 35 mph.
