Took off with gopro and wifi on

Hi! did you also tried to take off with the gopro wifi on?

I am newbie, my brother gave me his old phantom 1 drone, and it's my first time.
so i put on a gopro hero 4 with wifi on, at first i was shocked when it took off very fast and i cant control it, all i did was to switch from gps to att mode at back to gps mode, then i managed to land and switched off.
after a while tried it again but, when it took off for 1 meter, it blinks red and automatically land and idle.

i'm about to plug it soon to a computer, and see what error has it..

at a guess it’s the FC40 not the P1 so
Wifi on Gopro 5.8ghz
Your controller 5.8ghz

Now you know why it went crazy

Look on the back of the controller for the frequency

I may be wrong
