For four minutes I had the top line displayed waiting for the "green" so I decided to restart my iPad mini 4. After that things still remained and a warning appeared (after restart)

Then I turned off the Phantom but kept RC on, then I got the green!! :)

What device are you using, cpu overload is not a good thing ?

You should "tap" on the Ready to Go bar to see what pre-flight parameter was not ready

It looks like RTH point was not set, but you can do that through the main menu

iPad Mini 4.
I think sometimes these odd things happen and nobody would know the answer.
I remember some months ago several satellites with no bars and the yellow strip saying Atti mode.
All went good after rebooting the quad, same as this time. I got a green ready to fly with 8 satellites and no warnings.

your second photo is strange, when I turn off the AC and keep the RC on , I get a AC disconnected screen, also your RC is not transmitting, it has no bars, while mine is full

As I said, odd things happen who knows why.
After that issue I flew for a short time only to take some photos of the phantom.
I got this from airdata.com

I need help on this.
As a I also said earlier, I rebooted my iPad mini 4 and no other app was loaded but Go4

The Phantom automatically records the homepoint as soon as it gets GPS
The screenshot shows no GPS sats being received so there would be no way to set a home point until the Phantom has GPS reception.

The CPU loaded message seems to be due to CPU overheating on Apple devices.
The app is very demanding and gets things quite warm.
If your local temp is already warm that's worse.
Here's something DJI said about it a while back:
The reminder of "Device CPU fully loaded. Related performance will be affected"is a new app feature, which can detect the usage of the CPU for the mobile device. It will pop up when the CPU of the mobile fully loaded. The decoding performance of image transmission and signal transmission will be affected and the IOS devices will warm up.
There are lots of posts asking about this so it seems that DJI haven't been able to fix it yet?

ps ... you should not be launching with a partially discharged battery like that.
It's really asking for trouble of the fall-from-the-sky kind.

I'd try turning off the video caching in the DJI Go4 app, for the cpu overload problem

Have you got a lot of apps on the Mini4 ?

For sure the AC gps sets the home point, it wasn't clear in my previous post but I was referring to image 1.

Just thinking there was a gps glitch and that maybe assigning the RTH manually might reset it.
