I know a good starting point for shutter speed effects is to start at 2s and adjust from there to get the desired effect. What is a good start for time lapse to get the rolling cloud effects on the skyline. Not necessarily with a drone but in general?

You can get rolling clouds @ 5 seconds. Probably 10 if it was fast enough.

Love that effect, but being a bit thick I was wondering exactly what settings you mean? Time between shots in time lapse or amount of time shutter is open ? Cheers
