The screw hole at back of the controller?

What the hole back of the standard controller used for? I read somewhere can adjusted between FCC and CAA? Can someone confirm this or not?

Per the Phantom manual:
"The remote controller complies with CE compliance as default. Switch between CE and FCC is automatically adjusted according to the GPS locations acquired by the DJI GO app."

I believe that hole is for the sound of your remote speaker? I could be mistaken?

The hole is where you used to change FCC to CE . Nothing is there I looked . Must just still be in the mold as these are the same TX shells .

You cant alter the "Standard" it sets "power region" in the app via the drone's location.
