Switching batteries help please!

Hi

Does anybody forsee any issues using a dual battery mount cable with my standard dji2200 lipo with only one battery connected so that when it drains out I can replace it without powering down the phantom?

Should not cause any issues. Although once the phantom is warmed up (after a full flight) it should be much faster. Like 20 secs.
