    Curious what I'm in for with wait times, I have a Support Issue and Ticket with DJI North America through there Zendesk, I have received 1 email from them but no resolution yet on my cracked battery

    Keep bugging them for an answer. I think they are real busy with all the repairs , since they have so much product out there .
