They have a tool that slips over the motor it looks kind of like a strap wrench you'd use to change an oil filter on a car. It is the replacement for the old motor style spanner tool.

The tool uses Exactly the same Principle for Holding the outer Housing with a Gray Rubber for Anti Scratch Friction. Works Perfectly!!!
