Stress Cracks Warranty

Just discovered today I have two stress cracks on one of the motor arms. Is it correct that DJI doesn't warrant the Frame?

The DJI Warranty states there is no warranty on the frame. If you don't mind getting a refurbished drone as a replacement, I'd recommend you ask them to see if they will replace it anyhow.

I have the DJI replacement warranty but aren't the stress cracks DJI's fault?
