Spare phantom 1.1.1

I have upgraded to a Phantom Vision 2+ and still have my old Phantom 1 and a bit of FPV gear. Any suggestions on what I could use it for?

Maybe buy a frame and build another quad with the parts? I like the Reptile/alien style frames. How easy would it be to Switch the Phantom guts to a frame like that?

The phantom 1 is almost all off-the-shelf parts. It'd be quite easy to do transplant.

The two main considerations you'd have to deal with are:

1. Mainboard with voltage reg and sensor on x3: do you move that to the new quad, cut out the voltage regulator, or buy a pmu or VU to replace it? Do you get a new PDB?

2. Unprotected GPS and leg-mounted compass: you would need to find creative ways to mount these, particularly the very sensitive compass module.
