Son crashed my 4 day old phantom

It crashed in tall grass so the landing was not like on concrete. A corner of the gimball plate that mounts to the drone broke off. I replaced it but when the unit is powered up the camera is tilted. After i calibrate it twice it is straight, but i can not move it up and down with the remote. Do i need to send it for repair?

Make sure all the connections on the small ribon cable (on gimble) are seated correctly and check carefully for damage (it is very fragile).

Gimbal is the most delicate part of the Phantom assembly. if you don't find any visual damage, send it for repairs.
