As a plus user: go to vimeo.com --> my videos --> video settings of the video you want to set in 1080p --> video file --> switch 720p to 1080p setting. All done. The video will now be played in fullhd.

No it's a grading filter.

Lol. I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids.

I have a family place up in Boulder Junction...... Can't wait to get up there this summer with the bird.... and get out before the snow starts in late August
