Slow after Update ?

After i updated i can't fly more than 10-12 m/s ? and i need to fly faster than that ? What can i doe ?

Fly in ATTI mode and switch to GPS when things start to go wrong. The new update limits the speed heavily flying GPS

How do you down grade the firmware?

I think you have to download a previous version of the Phantom2 assistant software from the DJI site and go from there
