DoomMeister lead me to the SkyVector digital charts and I have been studying them. My question is there is an option called Drotams. Shows virtually all UAS no fly zones and more. One thing it shows is UAS Operating Areas to include the airspace control center and a NOTAM number. My question is how can I research the originator/operator of the UAS area? I tried a search on the NOTAM site and could never find the NOTAM shown.

Here is an example of a Drotam on the Cincinnati sectional. The ID is ZZV 09/005 and can be found in the NOTAM Search on the FAA website.

Here is the link to the NOTAM Search Federal Aviation Administration: NOTAM Search and just use the airport identifier (KZZV in this case) in the search.
